Four original German POW documents relating to Günther Weber, including a 1948 Marbury Hall Camp testimonial, Allied discharge certificate, thumbprint, Münsterlager stamps and British categorisation paper.

Original 4×6 portrait photograph of Simon Wiesenthal, credited to Kjartan Bjelland and hand-signed across the lower margin. A historically significant autograph connected with Holocaust remembrance and postwar justice.

Original German 1936 Olympic Commemorative Medal with its named award certificate to student Ernst Fischer, dated Berlin, 1 July 1937. Certificate bears the period facsimile signature of Adolf Hitler.

Original pencil cut signature of Kurt Daluege, mounted on black card and accompanied by a period German newspaper clipping announcing his award of the Knight’s Cross of the War Merit Cross with Swords. The autograph is written on lined period paper and retains a bold, distinctive form. A scarce WWII German political and police autograph display with direct historical context.

Period cut signature attributed to Ernst Röhm, Chief of Staff of the SA, executed in red coloured pencil on an aged paper fragment. The autograph has been mounted on black card and is displayed beside a separate historical reference portrait. A scarce pre-WWII German political autograph connected with the Röhm Purge and the Night of the Long Knives.

Original provisional award certificate for the Spanish Cross in Silver, issued in Berlin on 31 May 1939 and named to a German Hauptmann whose handwritten name appears to read Reinhard Henning. The document bears an Oberkommando der Wehrmacht stamp, handwritten signature and administrative details relating to the later issue of the definitive certificate.

Pair of original German Festpostkarten produced for the 1935 Nuremberg Rally, held from 10 to 16 September. Both cards are postally used and retain period handwritten messages, commemorative postage stamps and special event cancellations. One example bears the complete 6 and 12 Pfennig stamp set, while the second carries the 6 Pfennig issue.

Original filled-in German Ahnenpass belonging to Manfred Jung, born in Geisweid in 1927. The ancestry booklet retains his identification photograph, handwritten signature, completed family-tree chart and numerous genealogical entries. It is accompanied by an official 1938 birth certificate bearing a Klafeld registry seal and revenue stamp.

Original and coherent German personal archive belonging to Wilhelm Ludwig Kappler of Karlsruhe, born in 1897. The group includes his photograph-bearing Wehrpass and Arbeitsbuch, a filled-in Ahnenpass, two 1944 air-raid victim identification cards, civil and church certificates, genealogical records, official stamps and handwritten entries. A substantial WWII German document group tracing one civilian’s military registration, technical employment, ancestry and experience of the bombing war.

Original one-page political document dated 24 September 1938 and personally signed in ink by Martin Bormann. Issued from the Munich office of the Deputy Führer and addressed to the NSDAP parliamentary group in Berlin, the letter concerns former Reichstag deputy Otto Hergt and confirms that no adverse political or personal information had become known about him. Complete with official letterhead, embossed seal, archival folds and a prominent Bormann signature.

Original German military appointment document dated 22 November 1934 and personally signed by Defence Minister Werner von Blomberg. Issued on official “Der Reichswehrminister” stationery, it assigns army chemist Dr.-Ing. Richard Scholle to the German Army administration and places him with military gas-protection training courses. A significant pre-WWII document from the final months of the Reichswehr.

Original period black-and-white photographic image personally signed in blue ink by Josef “Sepp” Dietrich. The scene shows Dietrich standing directly behind Adolf Hitler beside a railway carriage, with Robert Ley apparently visible at the right. Dating from the 1936 Nuremberg Party Rally period, the image is mounted on grey card and preserved on a period album page.

Original WWII German judicial document dated 28 June 1940, issued by the Adjutant’s Office of the Reich Governor in Vienna and addressed to the Graz Regional Court. Signed by an official catalogued as Gauamtsleiter “Dietrich,” the letter concerns Otto Kortschak’s death sentence and a petition for clemency addressed to Adolf Hitler. The reverse bears an official reply from the Special Court in Graz dated 3 July 1940.

Original German military certificate dated 1 April 1936 and personally signed in graphite pencil by Erwin Rommel during his period as an instructor at the Potsdam War School. The document certifies that Major Dr. Dr. Mayer had provided genealogical evidence of ancestry extending to his grandparents. A rare pre-WWII autograph connected with the future commander of the 7th Panzer Division and Afrika Korps.

Original pre-WWII German political propaganda group comprising a marked 1938 Anschluss referendum ballot and a dark wooden “Deutschland wählt Hitler!” election pencil. The ballot asks voters to approve the annexation of Austria into the German Reich and support Adolf Hitler’s unified Reichstag list. A powerful historical set connected with Nazi expansion, political propaganda and the events that preceded the Second World War.

Original pre-WWII German political propaganda group comprising a marked 1936 Adolf Hitler Reichstag ballot paper, a 1933 “Deutschland wählt Hitler!” election pencil, an “Ein Volk, ein Reich, ein Führer” Hitler portrait badge and a dated “Ja – 12.11.1933” referendum badge. A visually impressive historical set documenting the political consolidation of the Third Reich before the Second World War.

Original typed letter personally signed in ink by Marshal Philippe Pétain, dated 26 December 1934. Although written before the Second World War, the document is directly connected to one of the most controversial figures of WWII, who later became Head of the French State and leader of Vichy France. The letter concerns Pétain’s acceptance of a place on a memorial committee dedicated to French historian Camille Jullian. Accompanied by a separate historical photographic print associated with Pétain’s later political period.

German Mother’s Cross in Silver (Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter in Silber) with blue and white enamel, ribbon, and reverse inscribed “16. Dezember 1938” with the facsimile signature of Adolf Hitler. A civil award of the Third Reich period.

German Faithful Service Decoration for 40 years (Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen für 40 Jahre), gold grade, with blue ribbon in triangular mount. Gilt cross with black enamel centre; reverse inscribed “Für treue Dienste”.

Original OKW document dated Berlin, 15 December 1944, marked “Abschrift 2” (copy no. 2): a supplement to an OKW report on defensive fighting near Frauenburg in Kurland, naming a Württemberg grenadier battalion and the 19th Volunteer Division under Gruppenführer Streckenbach.

Original 1941 Wehrmacht booklet, Tornisterschrift Heft 53, “Schlag nach über die Sowjetunion”, marked “Nur für den Gebrauch innerhalb der Wehrmacht”. A compact reference on the Soviet Union’s territory, population, state, armed forces, economy and history, as presented to German soldiers in 1941.

Three original double-sided propaganda leaflets from the Eastern Front, 1943: two Soviet leaflets in German aimed at German soldiers, one referring to Stalingrad, and one German-produced leaflet in Russian aimed at Red Army troops, with safe-conduct passes. Propaganda from both sides of the same front.

Original 1943 promotion certificate for Major der Schutzpolizei a.D. Oskar Lehmann, with the printed facsimile signature of Adolf Hitler and the handwritten signature of Heinrich Himmler. Issued from the Führer Headquarters on 12 July 1943, with large embossed seal.

Original Paketkarte (parcel card) with the circular Star of David stamp of “Der Älteste der Juden in Litzmannstadt”, the Jewish administration of the Łódź ghetto, and an orange-red “Nachnahme” (cash on delivery) marking. Double-sided; the address fields are uncompleted.

Three original bilingual German-Polish police registration forms, “Anmeldung zur polizeilichen Einwohnererfassung”, from occupied Poland, each completed for a different person, with handwritten entries, signatures, fingerprints and official stamps.

Original Deutsche Reichspost postal savings set: a red Postsparbuch and its matching Ausweiskarte, both numbered 6.954.113, with a Knesebeck (Hannover) post office cancellation, handwritten savings entries and postal stamps.

Original bilingual Arbeitskarte / Karta Pracy (work card) of the Generalgouvernement, issued by the Arbeitsamt Tschenstochau (Częstochowa) on 15 August 1942, with dark card cover, handwritten holder details and office stamp.

Archive of original 1942 “Mitteilungen für das Offizierkorps”, officer bulletins issued under the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht, including issues 1 (January), 3 (March) and 4 (April) 1942, with filing holes and handling marks.

Original printed New Year acknowledgement card, “Berlin-Dahlem, im Januar 1936”, with a large handwritten message and signature in dark ink by Joachim von Ribbentrop. The printed name is part of the card; the inscription and signature are handwritten.

Original German golden wedding (50th anniversary) congratulatory certificate of the late 1930s, with the printed facsimile signature of Adolf Hitler beneath “Der Führer und Reichskanzler”, embossed state seal, decorative border and illustration of a couple with a golden “50”.

Original Deutsches Reich Kennkarte with red diagonal band, issued in Bromberg (Bydgoszcz) on 25 November 1944 to a female holder, valid to 20 November 1949, with portrait photograph, fingerprints, stamps and the red notation “Schutzangehörige (Eingegliederte Ostgebiete)”.

Original late-1930s collector picture album “Das Führerkorps des Dritten Reiches”, published by Gauverlag Bayerische Ostmark, Bayreuth, with mounted portrait pictures and printed biographies of the regime’s leading figures. Signatures shown are printed facsimiles.

Original Winterhilfswerk Ehrenurkunde (certificate of honour) for voluntary service in the 1936–37 campaign, with the printed facsimile signatures of Joseph Goebbels as Reichsminister and Erich Hilgenfeldt as Reichsbeauftragter, and embossed seal. Named to Emil Brettmann, the name struck through in ink.

Original Geheimes Staatspolizeiamt circular dated Berlin, 5 January 1937, addressed to the heads of all Staatspolizeistellen, forwarding guidelines of the Reichsführer-SS and Chief of the German Police, with the handwritten signature of Reinhard Heydrich. Filing holes and office stamp.

Soviet postal stationery envelope with printed 6-kopeck indicium, signed in blue ink by Dolores Ibárruri, “La Pasionaria”, with an unsigned black-and-white portrait photograph of her at a microphone. The frame shown is not included.

Archive of more than 40 original French military and administrative papers, mainly 1939–1943, centred on the fighting at Bailleul-le-Soc on 8–9 June 1940: a 44th Infantry Regiment journal, reports and the 1943 narrative of Reserve Lieutenant René Kiger, his Croix de Guerre citation, an occupied-zone map and a 1946 mission order.

Original Übertragungsverfügung (order of assignment) dated Berlin, 14 May 1938, from the Chief of the Oberkommando der Wehrmacht, assigning Amtmann Max Nüske to a post at the Reichskriegsgericht from 1 May 1938, signed in ink by Wilhelm Keitel.

This Franklin D Roosevelt signed White House letter is an original typed presidential document dated 30 August 1941. Issued on official White House stationery and signed by President Roosevelt, it accepts the resignation of Judge George Stewart Brown of the United States Customs Court. Certificate of authenticity included.
