Original 1943 German police promotion certificate for Major Oskar Lehmann, featuring an Adolf Hitler facsimile signature and a handwritten Heinrich Himmler signature. A significant wartime administrative document issued for promotion within the Schutzpolizei.

Addressed to the heads of all State Police offices, it transmits official guidelines from the Reichsführer-SS and Chief of the German Police.
