Adolf Hitler Signature: Overview

A formal award document headed “Der Führer”, dated Berlin, 1 May 1942, granting the designation “Nationalsozialistischer Musterbetrieb” (National Socialist model enterprise) to the Saargruben-Aktiengesellschaft, Steinkohlenbergwerk Fenne. The lower section carries the signature of Adolf Hitler, offered as a certified original. It comes with its deep red presentation folder with gold-coloured national emblem, and both are delivered framed together.

Historical Context

The text records the award on the proposal of the Reich Organisation Leader of the NSDAP and head of the German Labour Front, refers to the regulation of 29 August 1936, and grants the right to display the designation for a limited period. The “model enterprise” title was part of the labour and propaganda structure of the regime, used to single out companies as exemplary. Such documents are collected today as evidence of that administrative and political machinery.
