Original Battle of France 1940 document archive comprising more than 40 French military and administrative papers dated mainly from 1939 to 1943. The group includes a detailed 44th Infantry Regiment journal, reports connected with the fighting at Bailleul-le-Soc, René Kiger’s personal narrative, copies of the order awarding the Croix de Guerre with Silver Star, an original occupied-zone map of France and a later 1946 mission order.

This Franz Gurtner signed Christmas card is an original undated German holiday greeting card, personally signed in ink by Dr. Franz Gurtner.
