Note the reference shown on the listing (DOC for documents and autographs, INS for medals and insignia) and send an enquiry by form, email or WhatsApp. I confirm availability, the final price, the shipping cost and payment instructions in writing. Once payment has cleared, the piece is packed and dispatched with tracking.

No. A piece is only reserved once availability has been confirmed to you in writing. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the piece may be offered to other collectors.

Certain pieces may allow reasonable offers. Please mention it in your enquiry.

It marks a piece offered at a reduced asking price. The listing keeps its full description, photographs and condition notes.

A piece that has already left the collection. Its listing stays online for reference and research, so its description, photographs and sources remain available.

Bank transfer and PayPal. Payment details are sent directly to you once availability has been confirmed. Card details are never stored.

Ownership transfers once full payment has been received and cleared. Pieces are not dispatched before that.

With particular care for historical material: archival-quality sleeves, acid-free paper where appropriate, rigid reinforcement and cushioning, so that documents, photographs and medals cannot move in transit.

Yes. Pieces are sent through recognised professional carriers, always with a tracking number, which you receive when the parcel is dispatched.

High-value pieces are shipped insured and fully tracked. Insurance is subject to the carrier’s own terms and limits.

The buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT or local taxes and for compliance with the regulations of the destination country, including any restrictions on historical or militaria items.

As a standard policy, returns are not accepted, because every piece is a unique historical item sold as described and photographed. In specific cases a return may be agreed in writing in advance. Please read the Refund and Returns Policy before enquiring.

Yes, unless clearly stated otherwise in the title and description. Every piece is examined and described honestly, including any doubts or limitations.

Only occasionally, as study or reference pieces, and they are always identified as reproductions in the title and description.

By a qualified graphologist and forensic handwriting examiner, on a coherent set of features — stroke, pressure, letter forms, ink and paper — never on a single sign, together with the historical context and chronology of the piece.

Certificates can be issued on request for selected pieces.

Yes. They are historical artefacts and may show natural ageing such as toning, folds, fading ink or patina. These characteristics are described and visible in the photographs.

Yes. High-resolution close-ups can be provided on request.

When provenance is known, it is included in the listing. It is never invented: where nothing is recorded, the description says so.
