This Wilhelm Frick signed Schutzpolizei promotion document is an original World War II-era German administrative proposal dated 23 March 1942. It recommends Hauptmann der Schutzpolizei Walter Tietz for promotion to Major and bears Wilhelm Frick’s handwritten signature. The document retains official Reich Ministry of the Interior headings, routing stamps, internal approval notes and period filing holes.
